Adobe Subscription Arbitration Claims

Lantern by Labaton is accepting consumers for individual arbitration claims against Adobe. The firm alleges that Adobe failed to clearly disclose certain subscription terms, including an early termination fee, and made its cancellation process difficult. These are individual arbitration claims, not a class action settlement, and signing up does not guarantee a recovery.

You may qualify for screening if you personally paid for an Adobe subscription within the past three years and either cancelled and were charged an early termination fee or attempted to cancel but were prevented from doing so. Potential recovery depends on your state’s consumer protection laws and the circumstances of your individual claim.

Applicants must sign an attorney-client agreement before Labaton represents them and may be asked to upload documents through the client portal. The firm states that its fee will be a percentage of any settlement or recovery and that it receives a fee only if the client recovers money.

This arbitration intake is separate from the federal enforcement case involving Adobe’s subscription practices. The Justice Department announced a proposed $150 million resolution of that government case in March 2026. That resolution is not the source of the potential individual arbitration recovery described by Lantern.
