The official settlement website says approved claimants will receive an equal share of the remaining settlement fund after fees, expenses, and service awards are deducted. Claimants who completed the required California certifications are eligible for 1.1 times the standard payment.
The website previously said payments were expected in spring 2026, but it has not published a newer distribution update. Claimants should contact the settlement administrator for information about an individual claim or payment.

You may have been included if you had a Fubo account or used another person’s Fubo account while residing in the United States or its territories on or before May 29, 2025. The claim deadline was September 12, 2025, and new claims are no longer being accepted.
